Wednesday and Saturday Pop Pilates classes at the Electric Depot are ALWAYS FREE! Donations welcome but not mandatory!

Classes at Cancer Services of Greater Baton Rouge and Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center are free for individuals who receive services at these entities. Do not hesitate to reach out with participation questions!

Private Classes - both individual and group - are always available! With fifteen or less participants, classes run $10 per person; price drops to $8 per person if there are sixteen participants or more! I accept Venmo, Cash App & cash!
