Lori’s classes are great! She is high energy and a great instructor! She motivates and assists you during the workout to ensure you are performing the moves correctly and provides alternate ways to perform the exercises to meet your individual needs. The classes can be challenging, but the results are rewarding! I would encourage anyone to enroll because you will be satisfied and on your way to meeting your fitness goals.

I enjoy working out with Lori each week on zoom. She changes up the songs and exercises to keep everyone motivated to come to class. Each class includes cardio and works your total body. I look forward to exercising each week.

I love starting my Saturday Mornings with Pop Pilates! Lori is an amazing instructor that keeps classes fun while giving each part of the body some love.
